About the Role
We are seeking a qualified Registered Industrial Nurse to provide on-site occupational health services at our manufacturing facility. The role is responsible for employee health care, emergency response, compliance with statutory health requirements, and promotion of a safe and healthy work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first aid, emergency care, and routine medical support to employees.
- Manage occupational health programs including health surveillance, fitness-for-work assessments, and medical examinations.
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure confidentiality.
- Assist in emergency preparedness, accident response, and incident investigations.
- Support health awareness initiatives and wellness programs.
- Ensure compliance with statutory health and occupational safety regulations.
- Coordinate with external medical providers, hospitals, and regulatory authorities as required.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
- Valid registration with the relevant Nursing Council.
- Certification or training in Industrial / Occupational Health Nursing preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or occupational health setting (freshers may be considered).
Skills & Competencies
- Strong emergency response and first-aid skills.
- Knowledge of occupational health, industrial hazards, and workplace safety.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in shifts and handle medical emergencies calmly.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and medical documentation.
