Summary




  • The Sales Executive will be responsible for achieving sales targets, maintaining excellent customer relationships, and promoting the KIA brand through outstanding service and professionalism.

  • The ideal candidate should be proactive, smart, open to learning, goal-driven, persuasive, and result-driven, with a passion for customer satisfaction and automotive excellence.



Key Responsibilities




  • Provide prompt feedback on market trends.

  • Participate actively in sales promotional campaigns and marketing activities in collaboration with the marketing team.

  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and uphold brand service standards.

  • Adhere strictly to company price policies and discount guidelines.

  • Maintain and regularly update the customer database.

  • Welcome customers professionally, ensuring a positive showroom experience.

  • Follow up with existing customers to generate referral leads and repeat business.



Qualifications & Skills




  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 1 - 3 years of proven experience in automobile sales or a similar role.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.

  • Proximity to VI, Lagos.
