Job Summary 




  • Ubereness is expanding its Finance structure and is seeking an experiencedInventory & Fixed Asset Accountantto join our team

  •  This role is field-intensive and requires strong hands-on experience with stock control, physical verification, and fixed asset management.



Key Responsibilities




  • Conduct regular and ad hoc physical stock counts across warehouses and reconcile all variances.

  • Maintain accurate inventory ledgers and ensure timely stock adjustments and reconciliations.

  • Update and manage the fixed asset register, including tagging, verification, and movement tracking.

  • Review all inbound and outbound stock documentation (GRNs, transfer notes, etc.) for accuracy.

  • Prepare weekly and monthly inventory and asset reports for management.

  • Work closely with warehouse and operations teams to strengthen inventory control processes.

  • Support internal and external audits with required documentation and schedules.



Requirements




  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 4–5 years’ experience in inventory accounting, stock audit, or warehouse finance.

  • Experience with physical stock counts and fixed asset management is essential.

  • Strong Excel and ERP/accounting system proficiency.

  • Excellent reconciliation, documentation, and follow-up skills.
