- The Partnerships Associate supports the development and management of strategic partnerships, donor relationships, and fundraising initiatives.
- This role is for someone who enjoys building relationships, following through, and converting conversations into tangible outcomes.
- You will work closely with senior leaders on high-impact campaigns and long-term engagements, supporting networking, deal execution, and partnership analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Support donor, sponsor, and institutional partnership pipelines
- Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and stakeholder communications
- Track leads, pledges, commitments, and conversion status
- Support deal structuring, proposals, and partnership documentation
- Prepare briefing notes, pitch materials, and partnership decks
- Maintain accurate records, dashboards, and performance reports
- Collaborate with communications and delivery teams to ensure alignment.
Critical Skills & Capabilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Confidence in networking, relationship management, and deal support
- Ability to follow through and close loops
- Strong analytical skills; comfortable working with data, trackers, and reports
- Structured thinking and strong attention to detail.
Experience & Background
- 2–5 years relevant experience in partnerships, business development, fundraising, consulting, NGOs, CSR, or related fields
- Experience working with NGOs, fundraising initiatives, or impact-driven organisations is an added advantage
- Comfort engaging senior stakeholders and external partners.
