Job Description

• We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Facility Supervisor to oversee the daily operations, maintenance, and overall condition of a residential apartment facility.


• The role involves ensuring the property is safe, functional, and well-maintained while coordinating service providers and internal staff.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day facility operations and maintenance activities.


• Ensure proper functioning of electrical, plumbing, and general building systems.


• Coordinate and monitor technicians, vendors, and service providers.


• Conduct routine facility inspections and report faults promptly.


• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with basic facility standards.


• Maintain records of maintenance activities and inventory.


• Respond to facility-related issues and emergencies as they arise.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of OND / HND qualification or equivalent qualification in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.


• Proven experience in facility or property supervision (experience in residential apartments is an advantage).


• Basic knowledge of building maintenance, electrical, and plumbing systems.


• Strong supervision, coordination, and problem-solving skills.


• Good communication and reporting skills.


• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
