Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office environment
- Assist with filing, documentation, and record-keeping
- Handle basic clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and printing
- Support staff with administrative and office-related tasks
- Run office errands when required
- Receive and distribute office correspondence and supplies
- Monitor and replenish office stationery and consumables
- Ensure proper arrangement of meeting rooms and office areas
- Assist with minor office logistics and coordination
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum of OND, BSc, HND
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Neat, organized, and punctual
- Basic knowledge of office procedures
- Competitive and commensurate with experience
