  • Drive regional business growth and revenue by leading and managing a team of sales professionals, executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with customers and partners to achieve business objectives and expand market share.



Responsibilities




  • Strategic Sales Management: Develop and execute regional sales strategies to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and achieve business objectives.

  • Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.

  • Stock Management: Optimize stock levels, inventory management, and logistics to ensure product availability, minimize waste, and reduce costs.

  • Implement effective stock management processes and procedures to ensure regional compliance.

  • Cost Management: Manage and control regional operating expenses, ensuring alignment with budget and company objectives. Identify opportunities to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and enhance profitability.

  • Coaching, Mentoring & Training: Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, support, and training to enhance skills and knowledge.

  • Foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and excellence within the regional sales team.

  • Training: Identify skill gaps in the sales workforce through an accompanied market visit for Individual Development Plan (IDP), provide training tools (Computer, vehicles, SFA device, Tabs etc) 24/7 online presence for capacity building and effectiveness.

  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of company policies and processes for alignment with business objectives.

  • This role reports to the G.M Sales & Operations and interfaces with Logistics, Finance and Supply Chain.

  • 20% product penetration across all channels

  • Conversion rate

  • Call completion



Requirements




  • Minimum requirement: First Degree / HND from a recognised institution with a grade not less than a Second Class Lower or Lower Credit in Economics, Business Administration or any numerate course.

  • Added advantage: MBA

  • Minimum requirement: 5 years of cognate experience

  • Added Advantage: Professional Membership & Certifications

  • Minimum requirement: ICAN
