• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.


• Advanced degrees (MBA, MSc IT/IS) are an added advantage.

  • Microsoft Azure Administrator / Azure Solutions Architect
  
  
  • Microsoft 365 Certified (Administrator, Security, Teams)
  
  
  • ITIL v4 (Foundation or Intermediate)
  
  
  • CCNA / CCNP
  
  
  • Security Certifications (CompTIA Security+, CYSA+, CEH, ISO27001 Lead Implementer)
  
  
  
  


• Knowledge on Firewall, Switches, Access Points, Telephony, UPS, CCTV, NAC solution (NPS, Cisco ISE)


• Windows/Linux servers, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO


• Server monitoring, provisioning, patching, DR and security hardening


• LAN/WAN, routing, switching, VLANs, VPNs


• Minimum 7–10 years hands-on experience in IT Operations.


• At least 3–5 years in a managerial/supervisory role managing technical teams.


• Proven experience supporting multi-site operations.
