We are seeking a highly organized and technically grounded Technical Project Manager to drive project delivery, enforce timelines, and ensure seamless coordination between engineering teams, clients, and internal stakeholders.
This role is critical to strengthening delivery discipline, accountability, and client satisfaction across all projects.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, manage, and deliver technical projects end-to-end within agreed scope, timelines, and budget
Coordinate closely with developers, QA, product, and operations teams to ensure delivery milestones are met
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on assigned projects, ensuring timely communication and updates
Translate business and client requirements into clear technical tasks and project plans
Track tasks, dependencies, risks, and progress using project management tools (e.g., ClickUp)
Enforce QA, testing, and deployment processes before project hand-offs
Proactively identify and resolve delivery risks, bottlenecks, and escalations
Prepare project reports and status updates for management
Ensure adherence to internal SOPs, SLAs, and quality standards
Requirements
3–4 years experience managing technical or software projects
Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC)
Experience working with engineering teams in fintech or technology environments
Proficiency with project management tools (ClickUp, Jira, Trello, or similar)
Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong sense of ownership, structure, and accountability

Technical background or exposure to APIs, integrations, or mobile/web applications
