Role Overview




  • We are seeking a highly organized and technically grounded Technical Project Manager to drive project delivery, enforce timelines, and ensure seamless coordination between engineering teams, clients, and internal stakeholders.

  • This role is critical to strengthening delivery discipline, accountability, and client satisfaction across all projects.



Key Responsibilities




  • Plan, manage, and deliver technical projects end-to-end within agreed scope, timelines, and budget

  • Coordinate closely with developers, QA, product, and operations teams to ensure delivery milestones are met

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on assigned projects, ensuring timely communication and updates

  • Translate business and client requirements into clear technical tasks and project plans

  • Track tasks, dependencies, risks, and progress using project management tools (e.g., ClickUp)

  • Enforce QA, testing, and deployment processes before project hand-offs

  • Proactively identify and resolve delivery risks, bottlenecks, and escalations

  • Prepare project reports and status updates for management

  • Ensure adherence to internal SOPs, SLAs, and quality standards



Requirements




  • 3–4 years experience managing technical or software projects

  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC)

  • Experience working with engineering teams in fintech or technology environments

  • Proficiency with project management tools (ClickUp, Jira, Trello, or similar)

  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Strong sense of ownership, structure, and accountability



Added Advantage:




  • Experience in fintech, payments, or banking projects

  • Technical background or exposure to APIs, integrations, or mobile/web applications

  • Relevant certifications will be an advantage.
