The Sales Executive will be responsible for achieving assigned sales targets, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and promoting the KIA brand through exceptional service and professionalism. The ideal candidate should be proactive, intelligent, eager to learn, goal-oriented, persuasive, and results-driven, with a strong passion for customer satisfaction and automotive excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Provide timely feedback and insights on market trends and customer preferences.
- Actively participate in sales promotions and marketing campaigns in collaboration with the Marketing team.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction while consistently upholding brand service standards.
- Strictly adhere to company pricing policies and approved discount guidelines.
- Maintain, update, and manage the customer database accurately.
- Follow up with customers to drive repeat business and generate referral leads.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of three (3) years’ proven experience in automobile sales or a similar role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and a strong team player.
