Location: Akure owo, Ondo
Job Summary
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient station operations, sales growth, strict safety compliance, effective staff supervision, and proper cash and stock management.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Management:
- Oversee day-to-day station operations and ensure smooth running of all shifts
- Monitor fuel and non-fuel stock levels and prevent shortages or losses
- Ensure pumps, generators, and station facilities are properly maintained.
Sales & Financial Control:
- Drive sales performance and improve station profitability
- Ensure accurate cash handling, reconciliation, and daily remittance
- Monitor expenses and control operational costs
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational reports.
People Management:
- Supervise, schedule, and discipline pump attendants and station staff
- Train staff on customer service, safety procedures, and operational standards
- Ensure staff punctuality, productivity, and professionalism.
Health, Safety & Compliance:
- Enforce all HSE standards and safety procedures
- Ensure compliance with NMDPRA and other regulatory requirements
- Handle safety incidents and ensure proper reporting.
Customer Service:
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints promptly
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and welcoming station environment
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience managing a filling station or similar retail operation
- Strong knowledge of fuel station operations (PMS, AGO, DPK, LPG is an advantage)
- Experience in cash control, stock management, and loss prevention
- Good leadership and people-management skills
- Basic computer and reporting skills
- High level of integrity and accountability
- Residence within the Akure / Owo axis is highly preferred.

Remuneration
