Job Overview




  • We are seeking an experienced and people-focused Programs Manager to lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of our hospitality training programs.

  • This role is central to delivering high-impact learning experiences ranging from foundational hospitality courses to leadership development and customized corporate training.

  • As Programs Manager, you will work closely with seasoned facilitators, hospitality businesses, and aspiring professionals to ensure every program is practical, industry-relevant, and outcome-driven.

  • You will also play a key role in bridging the gap between classroom training and real-world hospitality practice.



Key Responsibilities




  • Plan, coordinate, and manage all training programs, including cohort-based and corporate training initiatives.

  • Collaborate with facilitators to design and deliver hands-on, relevant, and engaging training content.

  • Organize field trips, simulation sessions, internships, and industry exposure opportunities for students.

  • Conduct training needs assessments for hospitality businesses and oversee staff training programs.

  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, track impact, and prepare outcome reports.

  • Support student engagement, job readiness, placements, and post-training follow-ups.

  • Ensure smooth program execution, timelines, logistics, and stakeholder coordination.



Requirements & Qualifications




  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelors Degree

  • 3–5 years of experience in training coordination, learning & development, or hospitality management.

  • Background in education, learning & development, or hospitality training is an added advantage.

  • Strong understanding of hospitality standards across restaurants, hotels, cafés, lounges, and related sectors.

  • Excellent organizational, planning, and communication skills.

  • Ability to work effectively with facilitators, corporate clients, and students.

  • Proactive, resourceful, detail-oriented, and highly people-focused.

  • Must reside in Lekki or surrounding areas for ease of commute.
