The Content Creator will be responsible for developing, producing and managing high-quality digital content that strengthens brand presence, drives engagement, and supports marketing objectives. The role involves creating compelling visual, written, and video materials for websites, blogs, social media, campaigns, and digital ads. The ideal candidate is creative, data-driven, and skilled in storytelling with a strong understanding of brand identity and digital trends.



Key Responsibilities




  • Plan, research and develop engaging content for the company’s digital platforms (social media, website, blog, email, etc.).

  • Create high-quality visual, written, and video content aligned with brand tone and strategy.

  • Manage the company’s content calendar to ensure consistent posting and timely updates.

  • Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to support campaigns, product launches, and promotional initiatives.

  • Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity and brand consistency.

  • Track and analyze content performance metrics, adjusting strategies for better reach and engagement.

  • Stay up-to-date with social media algorithms, SEO practices, and emerging content trends.

  • Capture photos and short-form videos (e.g., Reels, TikToks, product demos) for online engagement.

  • Maintain an organized media archive of photos, videos, and creative assets.

  • Engage with online audiences, respond to comments, and support community management efforts.



Qualifications & Experience




  • Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, English, Media Studies, or a related field.

  • 2–3 years of experience as a content creator, social media executive, or digital marketing professional.

  • Proven experience managing brand content across social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, YouTube).

  • Strong writing, storytelling, and visual communication skills.

  • Proficiency with design and editing tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar.

  • Basic understanding of SEO and content analytics.

  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work both independently and collaboratively.

  • Creativity, attention to detail, and passion for producing quality content.



Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)




  • Photography or videography skills.

  • Knowledge of SaaS or technology-driven marketing.
