About the Role
- The Senior Recruiter will conduct final-stage interviews, develop assessment frameworks, analyze candidate data, and collaborate with key stakeholders to enhance the overall recruitment process.
- This role requires strong analytical capability, sound judgment, and a proven ability to manage senior-level hiring.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead final interviews for senior and executive positions, leveraging reports and insights from the Talent Acquisition team.
- Develop and implement standardized assessment templates to support structured decision-making.
- Analyze candidate performance data and provide insights to inform hiring recommendations.
- Collaborate with the Performance team to track post-hire outcomes and ensure alignment with interview results.
- Enhance recruitment processes to improve efficiency, consistency, and candidate experience.
- Provide guidance and support to Talent Acquisition team members.
- Contribute to the development and execution of recruitment strategies.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in recruitment, with a focus on senior and executive-level hiring
- Demonstrated success in talent acquisition and stakeholder management
- Strong interviewing, assessment, and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with HR assessment tools and platforms.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree or professional HR/recruitment certification
- Experience in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
