]Our client is a technology-driven agribusiness platform that is transforming the way food moves from farmers to businesses. Due to expansion, they need an Administrative Assistant.



Job Responsibilities:




  • Oversee daily office operations and administrative procedures.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-functioning workspace.

  • Organize and maintain files, records, and databases, both digital and physical.

  • Ensure confidentiality and proper document management systems.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, phone calls, letters, deliveries).

  • Act as a liaison between departments and with external clients or vendors

  • Preparemeeting agendas, take accurate minutes, and distribute reports or follow-ups

  • Monitor office supplies and reorder when necessary.

  • Ensure all equipment and supplies are used efficiently and maintained in good condition.

  • Assist with petty cash management and expense tracking.

  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as required.

  • Coordinate logistics for company events, trainings, or conferences.

  • Providegeneral administrative support to management and team members



Job Requirements:




  • Minimum of B.Scin any relevant field.

  • Proficiency inMicrosoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

  • Adaptability and resourcefulness to handle unexpected challenges.

  • Professional demeanor and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse stakeholders.
