]Our client is a technology-driven agribusiness platform that is transforming the way food moves from farmers to businesses. Due to expansion, they need an Administrative Assistant.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office operations and administrative procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-functioning workspace.
- Organize and maintain files, records, and databases, both digital and physical.
- Ensure confidentiality and proper document management systems.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, phone calls, letters, deliveries).
- Act as a liaison between departments and with external clients or vendors
- Preparemeeting agendas, take accurate minutes, and distribute reports or follow-ups
- Monitor office supplies and reorder when necessary.
- Ensure all equipment and supplies are used efficiently and maintained in good condition.
- Assist with petty cash management and expense tracking.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Coordinate logistics for company events, trainings, or conferences.
- Providegeneral administrative support to management and team members
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of B.Scin any relevant field.
- Proficiency inMicrosoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Adaptability and resourcefulness to handle unexpected challenges.
- Professional demeanor and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse stakeholders.
