Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Engineer to lead and manage our IT infrastructure and systems.


• The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise IT solutions, ensuring system reliability, security, and optimal performance.


• You will provide technical leadership, manage complex IT projects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise IT systems, including servers, networks, and endpoints


• Manage and optimize IT infrastructure for performance, reliability, and scalability


• Monitor system health and performance, proactively identifying and resolving issues


• Implement and maintain security protocols, firewalls, antivirus, and data protection measures


• Lead IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and technology deployments


• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for complex IT issues


• Manage cloud and on-premise environments, including virtualization technologies


• Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, and documentation


• Mentor junior IT staff and provide technical guidance


• Collaborate with stakeholders to align IT strategy with business goals.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field


• 5+ years of professional IT engineering experience


• Strong knowledge of networking, servers, and enterprise systems


• Experience with Windows and Linux server environments


• Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)


• Strong understanding of cybersecurity best practices


• Experience with virtualization and containerization (VMware, Hyper-V, Docker)


• Familiarity with backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity strategies


• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills


• Experience with IT documentation and knowledge management.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Certifications such as CCNA, MCSE, CompTIA Security+, or AWS Solutions Architect


• Experience with automation tools (Ansible, PowerShell, Terraform)


• Knowledge of database administration and integration


• Exposure to ITIL or other IT service management frameworks


• Experience managing IT teams or leading technical projects


• Knowledge of collaboration tools and enterprise software (Office 365, SharePoint, etc.)
