Job Responsibilities



  • Drive leadership across all leisure and hospitality offerings within the Company.

  • Create the long-term strategic direction for the Company’s Leisure Beach and the Hotel and Beach Resort

  • Oversee all the different units/sections of the Company

  • Drive budgets and budgetary performance of the Company’s Leisure Beach and Hotel

  • Be responsible for all stakeholder management and liaise with management and board members

  • Preparation of quarterly investor reporting for the Leisure Beach and the Hotel

  • Drive adoption of data and analytics in decision making across all hospitality offerings

  • Oversee financial management, revenue assurance and business reporting for the Beach and Hotel

  • Seek out and create strategic partnerships for initiatives for the growth of the business

  • Drive customer experience across all leisure and hospitality offerings within the Group

  • Creation of synergies and cohesion between all components of Leisure and Hospitality within the Group

  • Be responsible for overall footfall strategy across all leisure and hospitality offerings

  • Ensure achievement of key targets and business performance indicators across all leisure and hospitality

  • Work with the strategy and business development team in creating new leisure and hospitality offerings

  • Drive events and activities as well as UEPs (Unified Ecosystem Packages) with the Leisure and hospitality offerings.


Qualifications



  • First Degree, Advanced Degrees accepted. Hospitality or leisure related Degree will be an advantage

  • Out of country experience either through education or employment is a significant requirement

  • Experience in hospitality or leisure related organizations is a requirement.

  • Minimum of five (5) years post-graduation experience in leisure, hospitality or service delivery organization would be an advantage.
