Job Summary:
The Head of Accounts oversees the financial health of the organization by managing accounting operations, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, compliance with regulations, and leading the accounts team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulatory requirements
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
