Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Officer with strong inventory, material, and supplier management experience. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day operational activities, ensure timely availability of materials, and maintain efficient supplier relationships to support business continuity.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inventory levels and oversee the movement, storage, and tracking of materials.
- Coordinate material and supplier management across multiple material categories.
- Engage suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials in line with operational schedules.
- Monitor supplier performance and follow up to resolve delays or discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate inventory and supplier records.
- Support operational planning and execution to ensure smooth workflow.
- Prepare basic operational and inventory reports using Excel.
Requirements
- Proven experience in inventory management and operations.
- Hands-on experience managing materials and suppliers.
- Strong supplier coordination and follow-up skills with a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple material types simultaneously.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail.
