Work Type: Hybrid (3 days onsite + field activations)

Role Overview:
Expand I-Train Africa’s reach and revenue by building institutional partnerships, driving large-scale distribution, and leading partner-driven sales.
What You will Do:
- Develop and manage partnerships with universities, NYSC, NGOs, employers, private and public bodies, and community groups.
- Execute national distribution strategies delivering targeted annual leads.
- Lead a sales team to convert partner-driven leads.
- Conduct field activations, campus meetings, and partner events.
- Track performance and report insights to the CEO.
