Marketing Manager

Role Overview:
Lead and scale I-Train Africa’s marketing across four brands (OGE, SFW, Tech School, GOP). You will drive high-visibility campaigns, consistent content output, lead acquisition, and funnel optimization while aligning marketing with sales.
What You’ll Do:
- Build and execute marketing strategies for youth, parents, and professionals.
- Lead a team of 10–20, overseeing content, digital marketing, and campaigns.
- Manage paid ads, SEO, content planning, and influencer/UGC strategies.
- Ensure marketing strategies are implemented and initiatives deliver measurable growth and brand authority.
- Align sales and marketing to maximize conversions.
