Salary Range: ₦200,000 -₦250,000
Reports to: Operations Lead/Director
We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Program/Project Coordinator to lead the successful execution of programs, training cycles, and internal initiatives at I-Train Africa. You will manage timelines, resources, and stakeholders while ensuring seamless collaboration across teams. Your role will also involve coordinating with our teams to ensure project milestones align with learner and partner needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee planning, execution, and completion of programs and internal projects.
- Create detailed work plans, timelines, and reports.
- Coordinate across departments (sales, marketing, operations) to keep teams aligned.
- Manage program/project vendors, budgets, and community milestones.
- Support project communications to internal and external stakeholders.
- Document feedback and improve processes from one program cycle to the next.
Required Skills:
- Exceptional organizational, planning, and coordination skills.
- Experience managing learning, training, or tech-enabled projects.
- Proficiency in project management tools (Ms Project, Airtable, Trello, Notion, Asana).
- Strong communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to lead in fast-paced and hybrid team settings.
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience in project or program management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, or related field.
- PMP, Agile, or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
