The Project Manager Volunteer will coordinate all projects across all divisions of the Live Again Group, ensuring effective planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.
The role includes Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E), project tracking, documentation, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Lead planning, scheduling, and coordination of projects across the Live Again Foundation, Enterprise, etc.
Develop project timelines, work plans, and activity trackers.
Conduct monitoring and evaluation (M&E) for all programs and initiatives.
Prepare progress reports, outcome analyses, and performance dashboards.
Identify project risks, delays, and bottlenecks, and recommend solutions.
Support documentation, data gathering, and stakeholder follow-up.
Coordinate with team leads and volunteers to ensure timely execution of tasks.
Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with internal standards.
Requirements
HND/BSc in Project Management, Social Sciences, Business Admin, or related field.
Strong organizational and coordination skills.
Familiarity with project management tools would be an added advantage.
Experience in reporting, research, M&E or admin roles is an added advantage.
Ability to manage multiple tasks across different departments.
