- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on electrical, plumbing, and general facilities.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, plumbing installations, HVAC units, and other hotel equipment.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from departments and guests.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment inventory.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and hotel maintenance standards.
- Assist in installation, upgrading, and renovation projects as required.
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized repairs or projects.
- Identify areas for improvement and recommend cost-effective solutions.
