Role Description




  • This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Akure.

  • The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing HR initiatives such as recruitment processes, employee onboarding, performance evaluations, and training.

Qualifications




  • Strong background in recruitment, employee onboarding, and maintaining accurate employee records

  • Experienced in creating and implementing HR policies, performance management, and organizational development strategies

  • Skilled in employee relations, conflict resolution, and promoting a positive workplace environment

  • Proficiency in HR software and tools, as well as strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications (e.g., SPHR, PHR) are a plus

  • Knowledge of local labor laws and compliance requirements

  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to a dynamic work environment

  • Minimum of 3 years working experience

  • Resident in Akure or willing to relocate
