This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Akure.
The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing HR initiatives such as recruitment processes, employee onboarding, performance evaluations, and training.
Additional responsibilities include ensuring compliance with HR policies and labor laws, managing employee relations, and developing strategies to foster a positive workplace culture.
Collaboration with management to support organizational goals is essential.
Qualifications
Strong background in recruitment, employee onboarding, and maintaining accurate employee records
Experienced in creating and implementing HR policies, performance management, and organizational development strategies
Skilled in employee relations, conflict resolution, and promoting a positive workplace environment
Proficiency in HR software and tools, as well as strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications (e.g., SPHR, PHR) are a plus
Knowledge of local labor laws and compliance requirements
Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to a dynamic work environment
