  • This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Executive (Conferences and Events) based in Nigeria.

  • The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for selling sponsorships and partnerships for high-profile conferences and events, developing and maintaining client relationships, identifying sales opportunities, managing client portfolios, and achieving sales targets.

  • The role involves conducting market research, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.

  • Regular reporting and continued professional development are also integral to the position.



Qualifications




  • Proven sales and marketing skills, including sales pipeline management, client acquisition, and achievement of revenue targets

  • 5–8 years’ experience in corporate sales, preferably in conference sponsorship and event partnership sales

  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships

  • Experience in market research, understanding market trends, and identifying opportunities to grow major client accounts

  • Ability to prospect, pitch, negotiate, and close corporate clients across key industries

  • Proven experience leading large-ticket deals and contributing to overall event growth strategy

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales Management, or a related field

  • Commitment to achieving results while adapting to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.

  • Must be based in Lagos State within a commutable distance
