Key Responsibilities




  • Assist in recruitment processes including job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and procedures.

  • Support payroll preparation by providing relevant employee information (leaves, absences, overtime, etc.).

  • Handle employee relations by addressing grievances and supporting employee engagement initiatives

  • Organize staff training, development, and welfare activities.

  • Oversee office operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Maintain office supplies, equipment, and facility management.

  • Liaise with vendors, service providers, and external stakeholders.



Requirements




  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Must have 2-4 years proven experience in HR and/or administrative roles.

  • Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).

  • High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
