Manage company's social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram), communicate with followers on all social media pages, respond to queries and monitor customer reviews.
Continuously strive to develop company presence on social media
Create and manage content across our online platforms.
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies for the company
Launch advertisements to increase brand awareness
Create & follow a communication plan for social media & email communications
Analyse and evaluate social media campaigns and strategies/ report on the effectiveness of campaigns.
Requirements
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification with at least 2 years experience.
Proven working experience in digital marketing
Demonstrable experience managing SEO, marketing database, email and social media
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
Knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google adwords, Mailchimp)
