Responsibilities:

• Resolve technical issues with the team on the field.


• Prepare system activity and performance reports.


• Provide user support by diagnosing network problems and implementing technical solutions.


• Use computer software to prepare or evaluate network diagrams and site configurations


• Handle escalated incidents and properly document incident resolution activities with root causes.


• Installation and testing of equipment in compliance with customer requirements and quality standards.

Requirements

• First Degree in Computer Engineering or any related discipline


• 3-5 years’ experience in the Telecommunication Sector


• Training or Certifications in Wireless Radio Communication(Aviat, Dragon, Cambium and Mikrotik).


• Strong Oral and Written Communication Skills


• The candidate must reside in Bogije or its axis.
