Job Summary




  • We are seeking an experienced and motivated Wealth Manager to join our team.

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing high-value client portfolios, acquiring new clients, offering financial advisory, and driving revenue growth.

  • This role requires strong financial knowledge, excellent client relationship skills, and the ability to deliver measurable results.



Key Responsibilities




  • Acquire, manage, and grow a portfolio of high-net-worth clients.

  • Provide tailored financial advisory and investment recommendations.

  • Analyze clients’ financial goals and develop personalized wealth plans.

  • Cross-sell financial products and services to drive portfolio growth.

  • Monitor market trends, investment risks, and portfolio performance.

  • Prepare and present financial reports and investment proposals.

  • Build long-term trusted relationships with clients through regular engagements.

  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly financial targets.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with all regulatory and company requirements.



Requirements




  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in wealth management, investment banking, or financial advisory.

  • Proven track record of achieving financial and portfolio targets.

  • Strong understanding of investment products, financial markets, and risk management.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Analytical mindset with strong decision-making abilities.

  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and client service orientation.



Preferred Skills:




  • Certifications such as CFA, ACCA, ICAN, or related financial certifications (added advantage).

  • Experience working with high-value clients and corporate executives.

  • Strong networking ability and industry connections.
