Job Summary:
Our client, a prestigious Med Spa offering world-class aesthetics and wellness treatments is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join their team in Victoria Island, Lagos
The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for clients, delivering a warm, professional, and seamless experience while managing appointments and ensuring smooth administrative operations across the spa.
Salary: ₦200,000 monthly
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients warmly, ensuring a premium customer experience from arrival to departure.
- Manage appointments, client scheduling, and enquiries efficiently (in person, by phone, by email, and on WhatsApp).
- Process client payments accurately, handle cash, and maintain organized records.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and professional front desk and reception area.
- Coordinate with therapists, aestheticians, and management to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Handle client concerns courteously and escalate issues where necessary.
- Uphold brand standards, confidentiality, and a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Diploma or Certificate in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a front desk, customer service, or beauty/spa industry role.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Professional appearance and demeanor aligned with a luxury spa environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must reside in or around Victoria Island for easy commute.
