Job Description
The Direct Sales Executive Trainee is an entry-level role designed to equip candidates with the skills, product knowledge, and field experience required to succeed in direct sales. The trainee will undergo structured classroom and field training while learning how to identify prospects, engage customers, and close sales in line with company standards.
Key Responsibilities
Training & Learning
- Participate in all classroom, virtual, and field training sessions
- Learn company products, pricing, promotions, and sales processes
- Understand customer needs and basic selling techniques
- Complete assigned assessments, role-plays, and evaluations
Sales Support
- Support senior sales executives during field sales activities
- Assist in customer engagement, product demonstrations, and lead generation
- Observe and practice sales pitches, objection handling, and closing methods
- Accurately complete sales documentation under supervision.
Sales Execution (Post-Training)
- Conduct direct sales activities in assigned locations
- Meet daily and weekly activity targets (leads, visits, conversions)
- Maintain professional conduct when engaging customers
- Comply with company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

- Strong understanding of sales models and execution
- Proven ability to coach, motivate, and influence sales teams
