Summary




  • The Experiential Sales Associate delivers a premium in-store customer experience by conducting product demonstrations, generating and following up leads, converting walk-ins into sales, and maintaining luxury showroom standards. The role requires strong product knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a service-first mindset in a high-end audio/visual retail environment.



Key Responsibilities




  • Drive foot traffic through in-store and external lead generation and follow-ups

  • Deliver professional customer engagement and premium showroom experience

  • Conduct high-quality AV product demonstrations and recommend suitable solutions

  • Convert leads and walk-ins into sales via in-store, phone, and social media channels

  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining strong product knowledge

  • Maintain high showroom presentation, cleanliness, and functionality

  • Set up products, demo stations, and smart systems daily before store opening

  • Ensure demo rooms, seating areas, and displays remain tidy and operational

  • Build long-term relationships with customers, designers, architects, and contractors

  • Manage inquiries, feedback, and escalations professionally

  • Document customer interactions and follow up post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and referrals

  • Support stock receiving, labeling, arrangement, and inventory reporting

  • Assist with daily opening/closing procedures and payment processing

  • Prepare daily and weekly sales, pipeline, and lead reports

  • Work closely with sales, operations, and experiential marketing teams

  • Support showroom events, activations, demos, and sales conversions

  • Participate in meetings, trainings, and performance reviews



Required Skills & Qualifications




  • Minimum BSc in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field

  • 2–3 years’ experience in retail, luxury, electronics, or related sales roles

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and product demonstration skills

  • Proficiency in social media sales, CRM tools, and digital platforms

  • Professional grooming, attention to detail, and customer-centric mindset

  • Punctual, reliable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
