Job Summary

• We are seeking a visionary Chief Technology Officer to lead and shape our technology strategy.


• The CTO will drive innovation, oversee all technical aspects of the company, and ensure our technology aligns with business goals.


• This role demands a strategic thinker who can bridge the gap between technology and business, guiding teams while making key decisions that impact the organization’s growth and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company’s technology strategy in alignment with business objectives.


• Lead, mentor, and manage engineering and IT teams to deliver high-quality solutions.


• Evaluate and implement new systems, tools, and technologies to enhance operations and innovation.


• Oversee software development, infrastructure, and IT operations ensuring scalability, security, and reliability.


• Collaborate with executive leadership to make informed business and technology decisions.


• Establish policies, procedures, and best practices for technology management and governance.


• Identify emerging trends and technologies that can drive competitive advantage.


• Manage technology budgets, resources, and vendor relationships.


• Ensure compliance with industry standards, security regulations, and data protection policies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.


• 3 years + proven experience as a CTO, VP of Engineering, or senior technology executive.


• Strong background in software development, systems architecture, and IT operations.


• Experience leading cross-functional technical teams in fast-paced environments.


• Demonstrated ability to align technology strategy with business objectives.


• Excellent decision-making, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.


• Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.


• Knowledge of emerging technologies, AI, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and digital transformation trends.

Salary

N500,000 / month (Non-negotiable).
