Job Summary




  • We are hiring Remote Call Center Agents to handle inbound and outbound voice interactions with customers.

  • This role is for people who communicate clearly, and can stay calm under pressure.

  • Being bilingual, is a strong advantage. You’ll be supporting customers across different regions, often acting as the human face of the company.



Responsibilities




  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and confidently.

  • Provide accurate information, support, and issue resolution over the phone.

  • Communicate clearly in English and a second language, as required.

  • Listen actively, understand customer concerns, and respond with empathy.

  • Document call details accurately in the system after each interaction.

  • Follow call scripts, compliance guidelines, and quality standards.

  • Meet performance targets including call handling time, quality, and customer satisfaction.



Requirements




  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, marketing, business administration or a relating field.

  • 3 years previous experience in a call center, customer service, sales, or support role.

  • Fluency in English and at least one additional foreign language ( Very Important).

  • Clear speaking voice, good diction, and strong listening skills.

  • Ability to remain professional and composed in high call volume environments.

  • Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems during calls.

  • Experience in remote call center or virtual support roles.

  • Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills.

  • Familiarity with CRM or call management systems.

  • Sales, retention, or customer success experience.

  • Stable internet connection and a quiet, distraction free workspace.

  • Headset with noise cancellation and a reliable computer.

  • Ability to work scheduled shifts, including weekends or evenings if required.

  • Self discipline and reliability in a remote environment.



Salary

N500,000 / month (Non-negotiable).
