Job Summary

•  As a Data Annotator/Labeler, you will play a crucial role in preparing data for machine learning and AI models. This position requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to accurately label and categorize large datasets. You will work closely with data scientists and machine learning engineers to ensure that our data is clean, accurate, and properly tagged for optimal model performance.

Responsibilities

• Accurately label and annotate datasets according to detailed project guidelines.


• Classify text, images, audio, or video content for machine learning training.


• Review and correct existing annotations to ensure high data quality.


• Follow quality standards, deadlines, and confidentiality requirements.


• Report inconsistencies, unclear data, or guideline issues to project leads.


• Maintain consistent accuracy across repetitive tasks.


• Flagging unclear, incorrect, or edge case data for review.


• Meeting accuracy and productivity standards while working remotely.


• Communicating with team leads through online collaboration tools.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, linguistics, Statistics, Psychology, or Social Sciences.


• 2 years experience in data annotation, data labeling, data analysis, quality assurance, research, and similar detail oriented roles.


• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.


• Good written communication and comprehension skills.


• Proficiency with computers and online work tools.


• Experience working on AI, machine learning, or data driven projects.


• Familiarity with annotation platforms or structured labeling workflows.


• Reliable internet connection and a personal computer.


• Ability to manage time effectively in a remote setting.


• Commitment to confidentiality and responsible data handling.

Salary

N500,000 / month (Non-negotiable).
