We are seeking a professional Mixologist to deliver a refined beverage experience in a fine dining restaurant setting. The role requires creativity, precision, and in-depth knowledge of premium cocktails, spirits, and beverage presentation suitable for an upscale clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve high-quality cocktails and beverages to fine dining standards
- Develop and execute signature and seasonal cocktails
- Ensure consistency in drink quality, taste, and presentation
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional bar environment
- Manage bar inventory and minimize wastage
- Provide knowledgeable beverage recommendations to guests
- Adhere strictly to alcohol service and hygiene regulations
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience as a Mixologist in a fine dining or upscale restaurant
- Strong knowledge of classic, contemporary, and signature cocktails
- Excellent presentation, creativity, and guest engagement skills
- Professional appearance and ability to work under pressure
Salary:
₦150,000 monthly.
