Our hotel, VIRGINROSE RESORTS is looking for an operation manager with a minimum of one year experience to join our already thriving team and come to add more values to our organisation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Improving operational management systems, processes and best practices


• Oversee all activities of each department in the organization.


• Finding ways to increase quality of customer service.


• Identifying potential problems and points of friction and finding solutions to maximize efficiency and revenue.


• Enforcing regulatory and safety standards.


• Planning inventory and oversee efficiency.


• Ensuring all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way.


• Managing budgets and forecast.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Business, Operations Management or related field.


• Proven work experience as operations manager or similar role.


• Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management


• Outstanding organizational skill


• Excellent communication skills.


• Coordinating different teams to foster an exchange of ideas and provide cross-team learning opportunities.


• Candidate must reside or be willing to work in Lagos.
