Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct land and site surveys for development projects


• Prepare survey reports, maps, and documentation


• Establish property boundaries and support land acquisition processes


• Work closely with architects, engineers, and project teams on-site

Requirements:

• B.Sc./HND in Surveying or related field


• Professional certification (NIS) is an advantage


• Minimum of 3–5 years relevant experience


• Strong knowledge of surveying instruments and mapping software


• Attention to detail and ability to work on multiple sites
