Design and continuously optimize the organizational structure and governance frameworks of the company’s subsidiaries in various countries, ensuring scalability, replicability, and compliance with local regulatory requirements and operational realities.
Participate in the establishment process of subsidiaries, including company registration, licensing applications, legal structure setup, and governance mechanism implementation.
Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, HR, Finance, and other departments to ensure the compliant and efficient operation of overseas subsidiaries.
Recruit and manage local executive teams in different countries, ensuring alignment with local regulations and effective coordination with headquarters strategy.
Serve as a communication bridge between headquarters and overseas subsidiaries, facilitating the localization and execution of strategic initiatives.
Regularly evaluate the operational efficiency and compliance of subsidiaries, developing optimization recommendations and adjustment plans.
Establish cross-border team collaboration mechanisms and reporting systems to enhance headquarters’ oversight and support capabilities for global operations.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in international business, with involvement in the establishment and operation of subsidiaries across multiple countries.
Familiarity with overseas financial services, consumer credit, or installment payment industries is preferred.
Proven experience in systematic organizational design and governance, with the ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-expansion environment.
Proficiency in Chinese and English (additional language skills such as French or Portuguese are advantageous for roles involving Africa/Latin America operations).
Strong cross-cultural communication skills, with the ability to deeply understand and integrate into diverse team cultures.
Global perspective and strong execution capabilities, balancing headquarters strategy with local implementation.
Prior long-term overseas work experience or leadership in multinational teams is preferred.
