Job Description

• A Bottle Girl, also known as a Bottle Server, is responsible for providing personalized service to VIP guests in nightclubs and lounges, ensuring an exclusive, enjoyable, and memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Greet VIP guests warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere. Provide personalized attention throughout their visit and ensure guest needs are met promptly.


• Bottle Service: Present and serve bottles of alcohol, mixers, and other beverages directly at the table. Participate in celebratory rituals such as bottle presentations to enhance the guest experience.


• Upselling: Recommend premium bottles, add-ons, and special promotions to guests to increase sales and elevate their overall experience.


• Order Management: Take food and beverage orders accurately, ensure timely delivery, and maintain a clean and organized table area.


• Payment Handling: Process payments, including cash and card transactions, while maintaining accurate sales records.


• Compliance: Adhere to alcohol service laws and regulations, including verifying guest age and practicing responsible service.
