Description

• Are you fast on your feet, proactive, and looking to break into the world of luxury mixology?


• Our restaurant is looking for an energetic and hardworking Barback to join our elite bar team


• You will be the engine room of our bar operations, ensuring our Head Barman and Mixologists have everything they need to deliver world-class service to our guests.


• This isn't just a "cleaning" job; it is the first step toward becoming a professional Bartender in one of Lagos’s most prestigious venues.

Job Responsibilities

• Stock & Supply: Ensure the bar is fully stocked with spirits, wines, glassware, and garnishes at all times.


• The "Mise-en-Place": Prepare fresh juices, syrups, and garnishes (cutting fruit, picking mint, etc.) before the rush begins.


• Glassware Management: Collect, wash, and polish glassware to a sparkling finish—never letting the bar run dry.


• Maintenance: Keep the bar area, ice bins, and floor clean and organized, even during peak "Lagos Nightlife" hours.


• Assistance: Support the bartenders by changing kegs, restocking ice, and running drinks to tables when necessary.

Job Requirements

• The Energy: You are physically fit and capable of staying on your feet for long shifts in a fast-paced environment.


• The Hustle: You are proactive. You see an empty ice bin or a dirty glass and fix it before being asked.


• The Style: You have a professional appearance and a positive "can-do" attitude.


• Experience: Previous experience in a restaurant or bar is a plus, but we are willing to train someone with the right drive and personality.


• Location: Ideally resides within a reasonable distance of Victoria Island/Lekki Phase 1 for ease of late-night transport.
