- The Healthcare Digital Sales Supervisor will lead and manage digital sales initiatives for Hexia Health’s online healthcare services.
- This role involves driving revenue growth through digital channels, supervising sales teams, and implementing strategies to increase customer acquisition and retention.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Strategy:
- Develop and execute digital sales strategies for healthcare products and services.
- Supervise and mentor the digital sales team to achieve set targets.
- Monitor market trends and adjust strategies to remain competitive.
Digital Channel Management:
- Oversee sales activities across social media, email marketing, and WhatsApp campaigns.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize online promotions and campaigns.
Customer Acquisition & Retention:
- Drive engagement and conversion through digital platforms.
- Ensure excellent customer experience and follow-up for repeat business.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
- Track KPIs such as conversion rates, revenue growth, and customer engagement.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for management review.
Compliance & Standards:
- Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and ethical sales practices.
Qualifications
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with at least 1 year work experience.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of digital sales strategies and healthcare industry trends.
