  • The Healthcare Digital Sales Supervisor will lead and manage digital sales initiatives for Hexia Health’s online healthcare services.

  • This role involves driving revenue growth through digital channels, supervising sales teams, and implementing strategies to increase customer acquisition and retention.



Key Responsibilities

Sales Leadership & Strategy:




  • Develop and execute digital sales strategies for healthcare products and services.

  • Supervise and mentor the digital sales team to achieve set targets.

  • Monitor market trends and adjust strategies to remain competitive.



Digital Channel Management:




  • Oversee sales activities across social media, email marketing, and WhatsApp campaigns.

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize online promotions and campaigns.



Customer Acquisition & Retention:




  • Drive engagement and conversion through digital platforms.

  • Ensure excellent customer experience and follow-up for repeat business.



Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

Qualifications
