Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Management:




  • Supervise and mentor the procurement team, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.

  • Drive team performance through coaching, training, and disciplinary measures where necessary.



Procurement Strategy & Execution:




  • Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals.

  • Negotiate contracts and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.

  • Ensure timely sourcing of goods and services at competitive prices without compromising quality.



Compliance & Governance:




  • Enforce procurement policies and ethical standards across all transactions.

Budget & Cost Control:

Reporting & Documentation:

Qualifications
