Role Summary
- The Lead, Digital Communications will be responsible for building and managing the Group's digital communications presence from inception.
- This role will lead the execution of digital content, platform management, and engagement strategies in alignment with corporate communications objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Strategy & Platform Execution
- Set up and manage corporate digital platforms, including website and social media channels.
- Execute digital communications strategies developed in collaboration with the Corporate
Communications Lead
- Ensure consistent brand tone and messaging across all digital platforms.
- Content Development & Management
- Develop and manage digital content calendars and publishing schedules.
- Create and curate content aligned with corporate messaging and campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal teams to translate business activities into digital content.
Engagement, Monitoring & Reporting
- Monitor online engagement, sentiment, and conversations.
- Escalate issues and reputational risks in line with agreed protocols.
- Track performance metrics and provide reports to the Corporate Communications Lead
Collaboration & Governance
- Work closely with the Corporate Communications Lead to ensure alignment and consistency.
- Support the implementation of digital communications policies and guidelines.
- Assist in scaling the digital communications function over time.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in digital communications, content management, or social media strategy.
- Strong understanding of digital platforms, analytics, and trends.
- Experience working within structured governance or with external agencies is an advantage.
- Ability to execute independently in a growing department.
