The Procurement Officer will be responsible for managing the company’s supply chain operations, ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement of Operation needswhile maintaining high standards of quality, compliance, and transparency.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, source, and procure IT equipment, office supplies, and services in line with company needs.
Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, prices, and terms.
Prepare and issue purchase orders, monitor delivery timelines, and ensure compliance with specifications.
Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier databases, and inventory levels.
Liaise with internal departments to forecast procurement needs and avoid stockouts or overstocking.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procurement procedures, and relevant regulatory requirements.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field with 2–4 years of proven experience in procurement, preferably in the IT or technology sector.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
