Key Responsibilities




  • Oversee and coordinate all day-to-day branch operations.

  • Ensure excellent customer service and consistent brand standards.

  • Manage branch staff, including scheduling, supervision, performance monitoring, and training.

  • Monitor inventory levels, procurement, and cost control to minimize wastage.

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

  • Prepare operational reports and submit regular performance updates to management.

  • Handle customer feedback, complaints, and resolve operational issues promptly.

  • Drive sales performance and implement strategies to improve profitability.



Requirements & Qualifications




  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • ⁠Minimum of 4–5 years’ experience in hospitality operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.

  • ⁠Strong leadership, organizational, and people management skills.

  • ⁠Excellent communication and customer service skills.

  • ⁠Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

  • ⁠Sound knowledge of hospitality operations, cost control, and service standards.
