Job Description

Lesson Planning and Delivery:

• Prepare and teach lessons across multiple subjects or according to the curriculum.

• Monitor academic, social, and emotional progress of students and provide support as needed.

Record Keeping:

• Maintain accurate records of attendance, performance, and behavior.

Parent Communication:

• Regularly update parents on student progress and address any concerns.

Pastoral Care:

• Serve as a mentor and role model, providing guidance and support to students.

Assessment and Feedback:

• Prepare, administer, and evaluate assessments; provide constructive feedback.

Curriculum Implementation:

• Align teaching with school policies and curriculum requirements.

Collaboration:

• Work with other teachers, support staff, and administrators to enhance student learning.

Event Participation:

• Coordinate and participate in school activities, events, and assemblies.

Classroom Organization:
