This is an on-site contract role for an Experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor located in Benin City.
The individual in this role will oversee the daily operations of the food and beverage department, ensuring that service standards are met or exceeded.
Responsibilities include supervising staff, monitoring food and service quality, addressing customer concerns, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
The role also involves coordinating with kitchen staff, managing inventory, and assisting in staff training to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
Strong Supervisory Skills, including team management and leadership abilities
Knowledge of Service Standards and best practices in hospitality and food service
Proficiency in Food Service and Customer Service to ensure high-quality guest experiences
Excellent Communication skills for effective coordination with staff and customers
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Experience in hotel or restaurant management is an advantage
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
