The Cook will support kitchen operations by executing dishes with precision, consistency, and adherence to fine dining restaurant standards. This role requires previous experience in upscale restaurant environments and a strong understanding of refined culinary execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare dishes according to established recipes and fine dining presentation standards


• Support the Chef in daily kitchen operations and service execution


• Maintain consistency in food quality, taste, and portion control


• Ensure proper food handling, storage, and hygiene practices


• Assist with mise en place and station readiness before service


• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned kitchen areas

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Cook in a fine dining or upscale restaurant


• Strong understanding of professional kitchen operations and food safety standards


• Ability to work efficiently under pressure during peak service periods


• Attention to detail and commitment to quality

Salary

₦150,000 monthly.
